I’ve had great experiences with Lawn Doctor, after just a few treatments, the lawn is in a whole lot better condition, soon to be the best looking in the neighborhood. The techs are knowledgeable and professional. The company has quickly responded to any questions or requests I’ve sent, with follow up phone calls also. This is my best experience with a lawn company ever, and there have been a few in the past, but I had given up on lawn companies due to poor service or lack of response to issues. I resumed trying a lawn service due to back issues, and I could no longer do it myself. My lawn had become a mess with weeds and such. I tried Lawn Doctor for the first time, and now my lawn is better than ever! I’m very pleased with them! ~ John C

Grass is looking ok after a couple treatments but the weeds and spots dying that weren't dead before are becoming a real pain. We used them as a preventative measure and the johnsongrass and weeds which we haven't had in the years we've been here are taking over. I dunno what is being used but whatever it is the weeds are loving it. Will go with someone else from now on. Update: Owner was on it getting our issues looked at and taken care of. Really impressed with the urgency they shown as he was at the house hours after posting our issues. Never had a company show the urgency to make it right and help. Thank you! ~ chris p

I noticed some patches of little yellow flower weeds in my front yard, a couple patches were 6' and 8' wide. I called Lawn Doctor, left them a message with my concern. I received a return message and was told she would send a technician within the next week. She sent Reese out and he treated the whole yard yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and explained how those weeds start. He is an asset to your company. Thanks for responding to my concern. ~ Mary A

I used Lawn Doctor for a lawn aeration last fall. They did a good job of setting up, follow up, and communication about the job. The technician showed up on the designated date with good equipment and did a very good job. Lawn Doctor also has a good website. I was treating my yard myself for a couple of years and I was never satisfied with it. Then I received a referral that Dave with Lawn Doctor will make a difference with my yard. I reached out to Dave and within 1 year my yard was unbelievable. I actually have people stop me and ask what I put on my yard to make it so beautiful! Lawn Doctor of Mason-West Chester has transformed my yard. They do a great job of keeping me informed of the schedule, showing up and letting me know if I have any issues. Our grass is very green!!! It is the best looking on our street The first mow this summer my husband was so happy how it looked after winter. The chemicals Lawn Dr. uses really do work, and they are always on time. Never hesitate about coming back to respray a small or big spot they missed. We will continue using them!!! ~ Debra B

Lawn Doctor has excellent response and service. Anytime we experience any issues, all we need to do is call and it is taken care of very quickly. We get comments from neighbors on how nice our lawn looks. We've used other lawn care services but none take care of us like Lawn Doctor. ~ LOIS P

Highly recommend! We moved into our rental, entire lot was full of weeds from years of no treatment. We saw immediate results within a couple of applications. They always give me a call in advance of their visit. That gives me time to do a quick review of my lawn to see if there are any issues they need to address. Usually, it is the same technician which is good because he "knows" my yard. ~ Denny B
